This was my first memory card in this format, I'd never used this size before. The MicroSD format is very, very small -- about the size of the fingernail on my pinkie. Once I put this card in my phone, I don't think I'll want to take it out (to put it in the supplied reader). It just seems like it would be easy to drop and lose, or maybe even break. So I'll just use a USB cable with the phone to get things on and off the card. But the card itself has tons of room and works fine.
Good memory card, reader a bit suspect:
The card works as expected, a great deal of memory for a very low price. The card reader, however, is a bit tricky to use. The card is tough to get out of it and it doesn't seem to always take to the USB port of the computer. At the end of the day, I considered the reader a free add-on so no big deal.
SanDisk Micro Memory card with Reader:
This memory chip worked fine from the instant it went into my iPAQ 910c. I liked that I could move the items from the old, smaller, card over and just put it in the device and it worked immediately. The extra few bucks for the reader over the chip only OEM package was well worth the added cost. I formatted it using a utility on the WM 6.1 phone (MemMaid), although I am not sure I needed to bother.
MobileMate Reader Rocks:
Excellent product when you need to quickly back up some photos or change the music on your phone. The reader is an excellent size and very handy when im away from my computer and dont have the usb cable for my phone.
